I offer a calm, steady space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s been weighing on you. My approach is relational and collaborative — we work together at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to your needs. People often come to me when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying experiences that are hard to name. You don’t need the “right words” to begin.
I’m a Level 7 trained integrative psychotherapist with experience in NHS Primary Care, university counselling services, and private practice. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what supports you best, always within a warm, grounded relationship.

How I work
Therapy with me is not about judgement or pressure. It’s a space to make sense of your experiences, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and feel more connected to yourself. I pay close attention to safety, pacing, and what feels manageable, especially when working with trauma.
Some people come for short‑term support around a specific issue; others choose longer‑term therapy to explore deeper themes. Both are welcome.
